About Liebert Law
Michael A. Liebert - Owner/Founder
Michael started his firm after working for several large insurance defense firms. Having worked for the defense, he brings a unique perspective to his cases, allowing him to fully understand the tactics used by insurance companies and employers to limit any recovery by the injured worker. His background enables him to better assist the injured worker in getting back on his/her feet and obtaining any and all compensation owed.

In addition to Worker's Compensation law, Michael has an extensive background working with insurance companies, drafting and reviewing contracts, and resolving personal injury lawsuits.
Michael has won at both the trial court and appellate court level, and he is ready for every case.

Dwayne G. Paminto - Partner
Dwayne became a lawyer with the intention of helping people access support and justice while trying to navigate a challenging legal system. He has a background in habitability litigation, working with tenants to ensure healthy and safe living conditions and compensation for enduring neglected and pest-infested multi-family residential properties.
Dwayne joined Liebert Law for the opportunity to utilize his healthcare concentration to assist injured workers in obtaining compensation and benefits due to the injuries suffered at work. He comes with a breadth of knowledge in dispute resolution, negotiations, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. He also has experience navigating insurance companies and challenging current structures to ensure individuals have access to recovery, support and compensation.
Before law school, Dwayne worked for an arbitration company in the Central Valley, managing employment and labor law cases. After relocating to Sacramento, CA, he attended UOP’s McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated with distinction and a health law concentration in 2017. After passing the bar exam on his first attempt in 2018, Dwayne joined a civil litigation practice assisting clients in Los Angeles, Oakland, and other large markets.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
In his free time, Dwayne enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family. While he respects the Kings, his heart lies with the San Antonio Spurs, and though it hasn’t been quite as long for that championship ring - he would love to see another soon! He also prides himself on being the best Fantasy Football player at the firm (this is currently up for debate).
